The Schoeller-Bleckmann group operates high-class repair and maintenance facilities in the major oil centres of the world. These facilities are equipped with the highest- quality, up-to-date machinery including hollow spindle CNC lathes, CNC milling machines and specialised welding and hard-facing equipment. The workshops are staffed with highly skilled personnel who are capable of carrying out repairs on items ranging from the simplest rotary tools to the most sophisticated non-magnetic MWD and LWD equipment. The workshops provide around-the-clock service on 365 days of the year.
Schoeller-Bleckmann has made, and continues to make, significant investments in these facilities to make sure that the service being offered to our customers is of the highest possible standard and second to none. In order to ensure that these standards are maintained, each facility is licensed to API Spec 7 and carries ISO 9002 approval. The company is committed to the ongoing development of these facilities and has recently entered into the field of high-tech weld repairs on non-magnetic tools. We are able to offer this facility at selected locations.
